• 01. Friday, Oct 10, 9:00 am Pickup Panels at TWAL/Delivery/Set-Up at SHSU
  Meet Friday Oct 10, 9:00 am at TWAL Gallery. Load panels & supplies, take to SHSU and set up. Two trucks or large SUV's needed if possible. Light lifting.
• 02. Friday, Oct 10, 10:30 am, Unload Panels at SHSU & Set-Up
  Meet Friday Oct 10, 10:30 am at SHSU and unload panels, supplies and set-up panels in event room. Light lifting.
• 03. Friday, Oct 10, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm, Art Intake
  Greet and assist artists to check in their art, check art for correct wiring, note any damage, pass out and assist with tag placement, cover signatures, etc. with blue tape.
• 04. Friday, Oct 10, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, Art Intake
  Greet and assist artists to check in their art, check art for correct wiring, note any damage, pass out and assist with tag placement, cover signatures, etc. with blue tape.
• 05. Friday, Oct 10, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Hang Art
  Help arrange and hang art for each division and category on panels.
• 06. Friday, Oct 10, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Hang Art
  Help arrange and hang art for each division and category.
• 07. Saturday, Oct 11, 1:45 pm – 4:00 pm, Meet & Greet Guests
  Meet and greet guest, help where needed.
• 08. Saturday, Oct 11, 4:00 pm – 6:15 pm, Meet & Greet Guests
  Meet and greet guest, help clean up where needed.
• 09. Saturday, Oct 11, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Assist with Reception Set Up
  Assist with light refreshments and award ceremony.
• 10. Saturday, Oct 11, 2:30 pm, Help w/Art During Awards. Presentation
  Help bring First Place and Best of Show winning art to the front and place on easels for Judge to announce winner and critique. Then pick-up art and re-hang in it's place on panels.
• 11. Sunday, Oct 12, 10:45 am – 1:00 pm, Meet & Greet Guests
  Meet and greet guest, help where needed.
• 12. Sunday, Oct 12, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Meet & Greet Guests
  Meet and greet guest, help where needed.
• 13. Sunday, Oct 12, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Meet & Greet Guests
  Meet and greet guest. Help with artist check out of art and closing of show. Clean-up if needed.
• 14. Sunday, Oct 12, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Assist Artist Picking Up Art
  Assist artists picking up and signing out for their art.
• 15. Sunday, Oct. 12, 4:00 pm – finished, Panel Take-Down/Load/Deliver to TWAL

  Light lifting, carrying, unload panels at TWAL Gallery after close of show
• 16. Sunday, Oct. 12, 6:30 p.m. Unload Truck at TWAL
  Meet Dave at TWAL to help unload panels & supplies from show. Light lifting, carrying.
