Beginner/Intermediate Pastel Painting with Tetyana Aleksenko

This is a summer bridge class for students who would like to work on their soft pastels skills this summer. Each student will get individual attention based on her or his subject of interest.  We will cover all related topics, such as drawing, composition, color wheel basics, mixing colors and much more as we work. Since this will be a short one-hour class, the emphasis will be on critique and instructions that would help students to work at home on their projects. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level students. 

Each student will be provided with a professional pastel paper and a limited palette of hard and soft pastels during class. You are welcome to bring your own supplies that you are comfortable working with.

The class is offered on Friday afternoon, the cost of the class includes 1 (one) 1-hour class in June. If you miss the class, please request a make-up lesson, there will be no refunds for missed classes.  Make-up classes are usually offered on Fridays.

June 27 from 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm.

Cost $30 for TWAL members or $40 for non-members.
