Volunteer to assist with our 

South County Community Center

Exhibit Change Out!

Art Take-In / Outgoing Art Pick- Up / Exhibit Hanging

We need volunteers to assist artists with take-in of new art, and others to assist artists picking up their art from our previous exhibit. We will work in teams beginning at noon to arrange and hang art, and continue until all art is on display! If you're displaying in the new exhibit and volunteering to help hang the exhibit, you could bring your art around 11:30 a.m.

Change Out on Thursday – May 15, 2025

Art Take-in / Pick-up / Hanging Exhibit:

• Art Take-in: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Art Pick-up: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(from outgoing exhibit, note: new art to be dropped off by 12:00 p.m.)

• Hanging Exhibit: 12:00 p.m. until finished
(Note: If you're helping to hang art for the new exhibit, you
should arrive around 11:30 to check-in.)
