WAL Plein Air Group

Please join us at the Spring Creek Greenway Nature Center - the focal point of a massive bio-diverse nature preserve with many water features, woods and trails.  At this paint out we will be joined by representatives of the Bayou Land Conservancy who have expressed interest in collaborating with WAL in their conservation efforts towards preserving natural areas like the Greenway.  In addition, the Nature Center will also be the location of WAL’s annual LSAG Qualifier Art Show which will be taking place the following weekend (Nov.17/18).  Come out for inspiration, preparation for the show and to meet our guests. 

All levels and mediums are welcome at our plein air events!  Please bring your own supplies, including garbage bags and containers for any paint or solvent disposal.  Please bring a drop cloth if you’d like to set-up on the facility’s deck.
