WAL Plein Air Group

In October we will be going to a new location, the Tomball Museum Center. The Museum includes a lovely collection of historic buildings, on adjoining properties, that are beautifully restored and replete with artifacts both inside and out. The site includes a church, school house, log cabin, camp house, large barn, doctor’s office, fellowship hall, gazebo and an elegant home. We will primarily be outside, underneath large trees and verandas scattered on and between the properties, but access to a bathroom and air-conditioned spaces will be available as needed.
All levels and mediums are welcome at our plein-air events! Please bring your own supplies, including garbage bags and containers for any paint or solvent disposal. Also have a drop-cloth in case you choose to set up on a hard surface (such as a deck or porch).
Please register in advance for this event. This event will not have a WAL fee but please bring a donation for the museum as they are generously letting us use their facilities.
