The Sky's the Limit with Mixed Media Drawing and Painting!

Through the topic of hot air balloons, we will learn about their pageantry as we discover its roots in aeronautics. Each child will create several pieces of artwork for their wall as they experiment with the different medium types. Your child will experience drawing and painting with a variety of tools and paints. They will explore with acrylic, inks, and watercolors using spray paint, pens, stencils and collage. Your child will learn how to find inspiration all around them and collect their finds in their handmade sketchbook.

We will get messy! Please dress your artist(s) in their “ok to be messy” clothes for this art class!!

Ages 7-14

Tuition fee is payable to The Woodlands Art League:

Half Day: 9am - noon, or 1pm - 4pm, cost $265*
Full Day: 9am - 4pm, cost is $475*

*Supply fee payable to Stephanie Settlemire due the first day of camp:

Half Day supply fee, $30
Full Day supply fee, $50

Please bring lunch and snacks for children attending full days.
