November 18, 19 and 20th (Thursday - Saturday)

Location:  TBD (to be determined)

You will observe the sight selection, set up, and process I undergo when creating Nocturnes from life.  You will effectively learn how to remove the “Fear Factor” from any nighttime scene in a way that fits in with your unique creativity and skill set.

Participants are invited to paint along or just watch during the demonstration.  Questions are welcome and encouraged.  There will be no one on one guidance during demo time.

Thursday you will watch the interactive demo of a sunset scene followed by the transition into a nocturne.  Come ready to paint and following the demo get busy.  I’ll guide you through it.    Friday we will follow the same pattern and a return to the same scene.   Be prepared with at least two panels.  One for your sunset and one for your nocturne.

Be sure to check out the supply list under workshops to see what gear to consider and preferred paints, colors and surfaces that will be used.

You will be blown away by what you take away from our time together.  Bridget said “this was a game changer for me.” Daniel commented “I’ll never approach painting the same.”
