April GENERAL MEETING DEMO: Linda Dellandre
The Woodlands Art League is pleased to announce Linda Dellandre as our demo artist at the April 25th General Meeting. Linda is best known as a plein air painter whose medium of choice is pastel, winning Best of Show in the Arizona Plein Air Painters annual exhibition. In addition to her many awards, she also has written an article for the Pastel Journal, February 2013 edition and co-authored an article for Outdoor Painters Online. She is the vice-president and membership chair of the newly revitalized Pastel Society of Southeast Texas. Please join us for a great pastel demonstration. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm with social time and snacks, then a short meeting at 7:00 followed by the demo.

After each monthly general meeting, we host a guest artist to give a demonstration of his or her art. We seek people who have a variety of skills and interests and those we might not normally have an opportunity to see here. Included are artists who work in oils, watercolors, mixed media, pastels, etc.
